Biography
Lefty Grove dominated the pitcher’s mound with the Philadelphia Athletics and Boston Red Sox, striking out batters with pinpoint control and becoming one of the great left-handed fireballers of his generation. He earned a place in the Baseball Hall of Fame thanks to his blazing fastball and relentless determination.
