Biography

Lena Brauer graced many stages with expressive movement, following a lifelong dedication to dance and to the discipline that lies behind every sweeping gesture.

She later returned to teach, sharing technical rigor and a love of storytelling so that new dancers could feel the same exhilaration she once found under the stage lights.
