Leo Blau was born in 1856 and was an active member of the Brno Jewish community throughout his adult life. He was part of the flourishing Jewish cultural and social landscape of late nineteenth-century Brno.
Leo passed away in 1903 and was buried in the Jewish cemetery in Brno, where his memory is preserved within the community he served.
