Leo Merzbacher

Biography

Leo Merzbacher (1809–1856) lived during a transformative period in American history. Though limited records remain of his life, he was remembered by those who knew him in his community.

He was laid to rest at Cypress Hills Cemetery, where his memory is preserved among those of his contemporaries.
