Biography
Leonard Nield Cook was a British military officer who served with distinction during the First World War. Born in 1896, he was among the younger generation of officers who led men through the unprecedented challenges of modern warfare.
Cook made the ultimate sacrifice in 1917, giving his life in service to his country. His memory is honored at Fifteen Ravine British Cemetery, where he rests among the many officers and soldiers who fell during the Great War.
