Leopold Augustus Leo (1794–1868) was a Polish ophthalmologist whose medical expertise advanced the treatment of eye diseases in 19th-century Warsaw. His specialization in ophthalmology represented the growing professionalization and specialization of medical practice during this period.

Leo's career spanned nearly seven decades, during which he contributed significantly to the medical community of Warsaw. He was honored with burial at the Evangelical Cemetery of the Augsburg Confession in Warsaw, reflecting his professional achievements and personal faith.
