Lewis P. Featherstone

Biography

Lewis P. Featherstone drew from a life beginning in 1851 a compassionate disposition, always ready to hear others and to give of himself when there was need. Over the years he cultivated friendships that lasted, nourishing the tender bonds of family and community with patience and optimism.

When he passed in 1922, those who loved him remembered his gracious energy and his ability to make people feel seen, and Mission Burial Park is now a place where that spirit remains beloved.
