Lewis Weston Dillwyn (1778–1855) was a distinguished Welsh naturalist and scholar who made significant contributions to the study of natural history during his lifetime. His work encompassed various fields of scientific inquiry, reflecting the broad intellectual interests characteristic of naturalists of his era.
