Biography
Li Ki Sun Bejčková (1931–1999) was a Czech painter whose artistic career extended across much of the late twentieth century. Born in 1931, she developed her creative practice during the communist period and witnessed the artistic renaissance that followed the fall of the Berlin Wall.
As a painter, Bejčková contributed to Czech visual culture during a time of significant political and social transformation. Her work reflected the resilience and creativity of Czech artists navigating complex historical circumstances. She was laid to rest at Olšany Cemetery in Prague, a fitting tribute to her contributions to Czech art.
