Lloyd Stephens Bryce

Biography

Lloyd Stephens Bryce (1851-1917) combined public service and cultural interests as a U.S. Representative and later served as Minister to the Netherlands while encouraging the arts and letters that enriched civic life.

He rests at Green-Wood Cemetery, where his diplomatic courtesy and cultivated spirit continue to be remembered.
