Biography

Lord Rupert Nevill, born in 1923, answered the call of duty both on the battlefield and at court, serving with the Grenadier Guards before moving to the Royal Household as private secretary to the Prince of Wales, where he brought discretion and kindness to every task.

He also devoted himself to trusteeship of charities around Eridge Green, keeping family traditions alive while welcoming neighbours and friends to Holy Trinity Church.
