Biography

Louis Blanc (1924-2021) stood among the brave French resistance fighters whose courage and resolve helped liberate their country, taking part in clandestine networks and never hesitating to support those in danger during the Occupation.

Well into later years he made space to share stories of solidarity, ensuring the lessons of bravery endured for after, and he is laid to rest in the cemetery of Niévroz where visitors honor his remarkable service.
