Louis Blayot

Biography

Louis Blayot was a French draftsperson whose technical skills contributed to the visual and architectural documentation of his era. Born in 1847, he worked in a profession that required precision and artistic sensibility, serving clients and projects throughout his long career.

Blayot's life extended well into the twentieth century, surviving through the First World War until his death in 1919. He was interred at Chartreuse Cemetery, where he is remembered as a skilled craftsman whose work helped shape the visual record of his time.
