Louis Etienne d'Orléans, Comte de Saint-Phar (1759–1825) was a French nobleman of the House of Orléans. He lived through the Revolutionary period and the subsequent restoration of the monarchy, navigating the complex political landscape of his era.

Saint-Phar's life spanned one of the most dramatic periods in French history. His long life allowed him to witness both the revolutionary upheaval and the restoration of monarchical order. He was interred in Père Lachaise Cemetery, one of Paris's most distinguished burial grounds.
