Biography

Lucien Bardillon was a soldier whose service during World War I exemplified the courage and dedication of those who fought in the Great War. His military career, though brief, represented the sacrifice made by an entire generation of young men.

Bardillon fell in service in 1918, during the final year of World War I, at the age of thirty-three. He was honored with burial at the Père Lachaise Cemetery in Paris, where his memory is preserved among the many who gave their lives for France.
