Ludvig Falkman

Biography

Ludvig Falkman (1849–1908) was a Swedish military officer who served his nation with distinction during a period of significant change in Scandinavian affairs. His career spanned the latter half of the nineteenth century, a time when Sweden was modernizing its armed forces and establishing its position as a neutral power in European politics.

Falkman's military service reflected the professional standards and dedication expected of officers of his era. He maintained connections to Swedish society throughout his life and was remembered as a committed servant of the Crown. He was laid to rest in the Cimetière du Nord de Solna, a final resting place befitting his station and service.
