Biography

Ludwig Mack (1799–1831) was a German sculptor whose artistic talents emerged during the early 19th century. Though his life was tragically brief, spanning only 32 years, his sculptural works contributed to the artistic heritage of his time.

Mack's career as a sculptor represented the neoclassical and early Romantic artistic movements of his era. His untimely death was a loss to the artistic community, and he was interred in Hoppenlau Cemetery.
