Lydia Fay

Biography

Lydia Fay was born in 1779 and witnessed the early decades of the American republic. She lived through a period of significant national growth and change, passing away in 1854 at an advanced age.

Fay was interred at Green Mount Cemetery, where she rests among her contemporaries. Her long life spanned nearly eight decades of American history.
