Biography

Maksymilian Kolanowski (1815–1844) was a Polish teacher whose educational work contributed to the intellectual development of his community during the 19th century. Despite his brief life, he dedicated himself to the important work of instruction and learning.

Kolanowski's commitment to education was recognized by his burial at Cmentarz Zasłużonych Wielkopolan w Poznaniu, the Cemetery of Distinguished Poles of Greater Poland. His legacy reflects the value placed upon those who served in the teaching profession.
