Margarette Willes

Biography

Margarette Willes lived during the early nineteenth century and was part of the social fabric of her community. Her life reflected the experiences of English women of her class and time.

Willes died in 1860 at the age of 62 and was laid to rest at the Church of Saint Mary in Stoneleigh. She was remembered by her family and community for her place in their lives and history.
