Biography

Mária Hacker was a Hungarian painter whose artistic vision and creative contributions enriched the visual arts landscape of early-to-mid twentieth century Hungary. Her work reflected the aesthetic sensibilities and artistic movements of her era.

Hacker's career as a painter spanned several decades, during which she established herself within Hungarian artistic circles. Her dedication to her craft and artistic expression continued until her death in 1967. She was laid to rest at Farkasréti Cemetery in Budapest, where her memory is preserved.
