Maria Jane Pope

Biography

Maria Jane Pope was born in 1818 and lived during the nineteenth century. She was part of a generation of American women whose lives and contributions shaped their families and communities during a transformative period in the nation's history.

She died in 1857 and was interred in Magnolia Cemetery, where she is remembered as a valued member of her community.
