Martha Shreve Ridgway

Biography

Martha Shreve Ridgway (1852–1907) lived a full life spanning the latter half of the nineteenth century and into the twentieth. Her years witnessed the nation's growth from Reconstruction through the dawn of the modern era, and she remained an active participant in her community's life.
