Martha Watts

Biography

Martha Watts answered a call to missionary education, spending decades in Brazil where she founded Methodist schools and trained young women to read, write, and lead with dignity.

Her patient leadership shaped generations of teachers and students, and even after her return to Kentucky she remained a quiet example of faith and perseverance until her passing.
