Biography

Martin P. Vangsli was a distinguished Nordic combined skier who represented Norway during the early 20th century. His athletic achievements in this demanding discipline, which combines cross-country skiing and ski jumping, earned him recognition in Norwegian sporting circles during the 1920s and 1930s.

Vangsli's contributions to Nordic skiing helped establish Norway's strong tradition in winter sports. He was laid to rest at Nordre Osen Church, where his memory is preserved among his community.
