Mary Davis

Biography

Mary Davis was born in 1820 and lived through the early decades of the nineteenth century. She was part of a generation of women whose contributions to family and community, though often unrecorded, were essential to the fabric of society.

Davis passed in 1852 and was laid to rest at West Branch Cemetery. Her life, like those of many women of her era, reflects the quiet strength and dedication that sustained families and communities through changing times.
