Mary Jane Redfield

Biography

Mary Jane Redfield, born in 1821, witnessed decades of social and cultural transformation while steadfastly supporting her family and circle of friends.

Her gentle strength was a comforting force, and when she passed in 1904 she was placed to rest at Green-Wood Cemetery, where her memory is still held dear.
