Biography
Maurice Beurnier was a French colonial administrator who served the French colonial interests during the height of European imperialism. Born in 1878, he spent much of his career managing colonial affairs and administrative responsibilities across French territories.
Beurnier's career reflected the colonial ambitions of his era. He lived until 1949, witnessing the gradual transformation of the colonial world. He was buried in Père Lachaise Cemetery in Paris, one of France's most prestigious final resting places.
