Biography

Max Deutsch witnessed the sweeping changes of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, guiding his loved ones through shifting times with thoughtful steadiness. He took pride in being a reliable presence—a neighbor who listened, a father who provided, and a member of the Jewish community who quietly upheld its values.

His legacy lives on in the stories told at family gatherings, and he rests now in the Jewish cemetery in Brno.
