Biography

Maximilian Karl of Austria (1830–1839) was a member of the Habsburg dynasty whose life, though brief, connected him to the imperial legacy of Austria. He was interred at San Fedele Church, a significant religious site in Milan, reflecting his family's prominence and the respect accorded to members of one of Europe's most influential royal houses.

His early death at age nine marked a poignant loss within the Austrian nobility. Though his life was short, his burial place underscores the dignity and ceremonial importance granted to the Habsburg family during the 19th century.
