Biography

Michael Schilkin was a sculptor whose sensitive works captured both the strength and vulnerability of the human spirit, often translating Baltic themes into a Finnish idiom. His finely wrought pieces brought him recognition among peers and a valued place in Finland’s artistic heritage.
