Mickey Cafagna served as mayor of Delray Beach, where he championed revitalization of downtown spaces, improved local parks, and made sure the city kept listening to residents.
Even after he left office, his laughter and love for community festivals endured, and family members remember his civic love at Dearborn Memorial Park following his death in 2009.
