Biography

Mieczysław Obiedziński (1920–1993) was a Polish citizen whose life encompassed the turbulent twentieth century, from the Second World War through the Cold War and Poland's eventual transformation. His experiences reflected those of his entire generation.

Obiedziński is remembered as part of the community of notable Poles honored at Powązki Military Cemetery, a place that preserves the memory of those who lived through and shaped Poland's modern era.
