Biography

Mihály Pollack was one of Hungary's most celebrated architects, whose designs and constructions left an indelible mark on Hungarian architectural heritage. His prolific career spanned much of the early-to-mid 19th century, during which he designed numerous significant buildings that shaped the urban landscape of Hungary.

Pollack's architectural legacy endures through his many works, and he was laid to rest in Tahitótfalu, a location reflecting the esteem in which he was held by Hungarian society.
