Biography
Mihály Stefán (1932–2009) devoted his career to the study of materials science, bringing a keen experimental eye to the challenges of metallurgy and solid-state physics that helped shape Hungarian industry and research.
His collaborative spirit and the guidance he offered younger scientists left a quiet but lasting legacy, and he is remembered with gratitude at his place of rest in Farkasréti Cemetery.
