Mihály Táncsics was a tireless writer and advocate whose words helped to stir the conscience of his compatriots, insisting on freedom of the press and the dignity of every citizen.
He spent his final years reflecting on the causes he championed, and Hungarians continue to pay their respects at his resting place in Fiume Road Graveyard.
