Biography
Mikhail Stakhovich, born 1861, was a progressive voice in the Duma, striving for agrarian reform and supporting social initiatives that eased rural hardship.
After the revolution he helped organize aid for displaced Russians and spent his last years reflecting on civic duty before being buried at Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian Cemetery.
