Biography
Born in 1850, Miko Komitski emerged as a steady figure among Bulgarian revolutionaries, channeling the hopes of his neighbors around Skravena into patient organizing and mentorship of younger patriots.
He continued to counsel civic gatherings after the liberation struggles, and today his legacy is remembered at the Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian in Skravena where he found peaceful rest in 1926.
