Biography
Milan Hegar was a Czech educator whose career in teaching spanned much of the twentieth century. Born in 1921, he dedicated himself to the profession of education, working to develop the minds and character of his students in Czechoslovakia.
Hegar's commitment to teaching remained steadfast throughout his life until his death in 1987. He was laid to rest at Malvazinky Cemetery, where he is remembered for his service to Czech education and his influence on his students.
