Misak Metsarents

Biography

Misak Metsarents was a talented Armenian poet whose creative voice emerged during the late 19th century. Though his life was brief, his poetic works left an impression on Armenian literary tradition during a period of cultural flourishing.

He was laid to rest at Balıklı Armenian Cemetery, a significant burial ground for the Armenian community in Istanbul, where his memory is preserved among other notable figures of Armenian heritage.
