Miura Gomon

Biography
Miura Gomon was a painter who contributed to Japanese artistic traditions during the late Edo period. His work reflected the aesthetic values and techniques of his era, participating in the visual culture of nineteenth-century Japan.
Gomon died in 1860 and was laid to rest at Honren-ji Temple, a sacred site that preserved his memory within the spiritual community.
