Moritz Pollak

Biography
Moritz Pollak was born in 1855 and lived a long life spanning the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He witnessed the final years of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the emergence of the modern Czechoslovak state.
He passed away in 1940 and was interred in the Jewish cemetery in Brno, where he is remembered as a longstanding member of that community.
