Nannie Kramer

Biography

Nannie Kramer (1883–1953) was a dedicated community organizer and leader who served as president and membership director of the Oakland Women's City Club. Through her work with the organization, Kramer championed civic engagement and women's participation in community affairs during a pivotal era for women's rights and social reform. Her efforts helped foster a culture of active citizenship and collective action in the Oakland area.
