Ned Bligh was born in 1864 and, though much of his life remains shrouded, he was surely known to family and friends who cherished his character during the formative years of post-Civil War America.

He rests in Holy Cross Cemetery, remembered with quiet reverence by those who continue to visit his grave and hold his memory close.
