Nicholas Porter Earp

Biography

Nicholas Porter Earp, born in 1813, was a patient patriarch whose long life bore witness to the shaping of the frontier and the forging of an enduring family legacy. He supported his kin with steady affection and guided them through the challenges of the times with wisdom and calm perseverance.

When he passed in 1907, he was laid to rest in Los Angeles National Cemetery, where he is remembered for the steadfast devotion he brought to those he loved.
