Biography
Nicola Forti was an Italian architect born in 1714 who practiced his profession during the 18th century. Working during a period of significant architectural development in Italy, he contributed to the built environment through his designs and constructions.
Forti's architectural legacy is connected to San Bonaventura al Palatino, an important religious structure in Rome. He died in 1802, having spent nearly nine decades witnessing and participating in the evolution of Italian architectural practice from the Baroque into the Neoclassical period.
