Biography
Nicolai Ulstad (1808–1875) gave voice to rural concerns as a politician who bridged local and national priorities, always attentive to the livelihoods of those near Klæbu.
He returned regularly to Klæbu Church, where he found strength in fellowship, and his tomb there invites reflection on a career devoted to responsible stewardship.
