Biography

Nikolai Tarasov (1882–1910) was a Russian industrialist who played a role in the economic development of the Russian Empire during the early 20th century. As a businessman engaged in industrial enterprises, he represented the growing class of industrial entrepreneurs that emerged during Russia's period of economic modernization. His career spanned the final decades of the imperial era, a time of significant industrial expansion and social change.

Tarasov's life was cut short when he passed away in 1910 at the age of 28. He was laid to rest in the Armenian Cemetery, reflecting the diverse communities and faiths present in Russian society during this period.
