Biography
Nikolaus von Wassilko was an Austro-Hungarian and later Austrian politician who played a role in the political developments of Central Europe during the early 20th century. He served in various capacities within the Austro-Hungarian political system before the empire's dissolution.
Following the end of World War I and the restructuring of Central Europe, von Wassilko continued his involvement in political affairs in the newly formed Austrian state until his death in 1924.
