Biography

Nikolay Klingenberg (1853–1917) was a Russian statesperson who played a role in the political and administrative affairs of the Russian Empire during a period of significant social and political change. His career in public service reflected the complexities of governance during the late imperial era.

Klingenberg's life concluded in 1917, a year of revolutionary transformation that fundamentally altered the course of Russian history. His memory is preserved at Tikhvin Cemetery, where he was interred as a figure of the pre-revolutionary Russian establishment.
